Automatic control requires Smart or Pro and a compatible system. When you order, the amount for the dongle and shipping is reserved, and it's charged when we send the parcel. The subscription starts when your dongle is connected to your system, and only then is the first month charged. Smart and Pro have a 1 month minimum term and can then be cancelled at any time. See the terms of sale.

* GridZeno also recalculates the plan straight away when tomorrow's electricity prices arrive, and when you change a setting.
** Measurements, energy counters, the plan and manual control on all subscriptions, directly from the dongle on your network. See the Home Assistant guide.
What the control can do on your particular system also depends on the inverter. Check your inverter.
Buy without risk
Try it at home for 100 days.
You don't have to trust a spreadsheet: plug in the dongle, see your own figures, and send it back at our expense if it is not worth the money. If you don't want to pay for the automation, you can keep the dongle on Light.
After day 14 we refund the dongle and the accessories, but not the subscription months you have used or the shipping you paid when you ordered.
If you have a battery, choose Pro. It charges when power is cheap and sells from the battery when the price peaks. Without a battery: choose Smart if you sell surplus power and want to avoid negative prices, otherwise Light, which is free. See what it gave on two real systems.
What is the difference between the dongle and the subscription?+
The dongle is your local connection to the inverter and costs DKK 549 once, plus shipping to a parcel shop or parcel locker for DKK 49 or to your door for DKK 79 (2-7 working days). The subscription decides what GridZeno does: Light 0 DKK/month, Smart 39 DKK/month, Pro 79 DKK/month.
What is in the package?+
Only the dongle. A power supply and cables aren't included, because most people already have them lying around. If you're missing something, you can add a USB power kit (DKK 79), a LAN cable Cat6, 1.5 m (DKK 39) and a Modbus cable Cat5e SF/UTP, 1.5 m (DKK 39) to the same order at no extra shipping cost. See the accessories.
Can I change subscription later?+
Yes, at any time. If you upgrade, the difference for the rest of the month you've paid for is charged straight away, and the new subscription applies as soon as the payment has gone through. If you downgrade, it applies from the end of the month you've paid for, and GridZeno then turns off the features the new subscription doesn't have. If you go to Light, the control is set to Manual. If you upgrade from Light again, the control is set to Automatic. You can switch to Manual at any time under Automatic.
Is there a minimum term?+
1 month from the start of the subscription, which is the day the dongle is connected to your system. After that, the subscription can be cancelled at any time with effect from the end of the month you have paid for, and you can always switch to Light, which is free. See how to cancel.
What if it doesn't suit my system?+
Then you send the dongle back. You have 100 days' free right of return from the day you activate the dongle, and we pay the return shipping. That's plenty of time to see both your own consumption figures and a season of changing electricity prices before you decide. See the terms.
How much can I save?+
It depends on the system, battery, consumption, electricity contract and how much prices vary. We don't promise a particular amount. We explain where a gain can arise, and when it can't. See the calculation, or see what it gave on two real systems.

Ready for cheaper power?
Check whether your inverter fits, and let the plan charge the battery and sell power in the right quarter hours.
