Partner programme for installers and resellers

We're looking for partners to roll GridZeno out.

If you install solar panels and batteries, we would like to work with you. You install the system and the dongle, and we take care of the software, the control and the support behind it. Contact us, and we'll make an agreement that suits your business.

Why become a partner

A product you can
stand behind.

You're with the customer when the system is set up, and the question comes: how do I get the most out of it? With GridZeno you have an answer, and you have us behind you.

01

Something only your customers get

With a partner code, your customers get a discount on the subscription or a free period on Smart or Pro. It gives them a good reason to choose you over another installer.

02

You aren't on your own

You get a fixed contact with us, outside the normal customer support. We help you on site, and we take the customer's questions about prices and control if you want us to.

03

A total solution

The dongle, the app, the electricity prices, the forecasts, the control, the reports and the updates work together from the start. The customer has one place to go, and you have one supplier to call.

04

The control runs locally

The dongle sits in the inverter's RS485 port and carries out the plan at the customer's home. No manufacturer cloud has to respond for the control to work, and if the customer loses the internet, the dongle follows the plan it has or lets the inverter run on its own, as the customer has chosen.

05

The customer can see why

Every decision in the plan has a reason the customer can read. That means fewer calls to you when the system does something the customer didn't expect.

06

No exaggerated promises

We don't put a savings figure on it. You won't be left with a customer who expected something other than what they got, and that protects your name.

The process

From agreement to system
in operation.

Who does what, from when we have an agreement until the customer has GridZeno running. You take care of the system and the dongle, we take care of the rest.

Business and large systems

Also for businesses
and larger systems.

We offer GridZeno to businesses, farms, housing associations and other businesses with large systems, through you as the installer. A business system often uses the power during the day and has a larger battery, and that changes the calculation.

That's why we go through each business system with you before a quote is given. Then both you and the customer know what GridZeno can do for that particular system.

Tell us about a business system
We go through this together
Inverters
Which type, and how many. There's one dongle in each inverter, and we assess a system with several inverters case by case.
Grid tariff (nettarif)
We go through the grid agreement and set up the account for the terms that have been agreed.
Consumption and power
When in the day the power is used, how big the battery is, and how much may be drawn from the grid at a time.
Agreement
Price, setup and support are agreed for each system, with you as the installer.
The agreement

What we agree
with you.

There's no standard contract you have to sign. We take the points here one at a time and find the form that suits your business.

Price of the dongle

Partner price when you buy several units.

Customer benefits

A discount on the subscription or a free period, and how your customers get it.

Delivery

To you for stock, or directly to the customer.

Support

Who the customer contacts first, and how we help you.

Invoicing

We agree the payment terms.

Scope

Which inverters and how many systems, private or business.

Before we talk

This is what we
would like to know.

The more precisely you can answer, the sooner we can say what a partnership could look like. The form below asks the same questions.

Which inverters do you install?

Brand and series. We have tested one inverter family against real hardware, and your list helps decide what comes next.

How many systems a year?

A rough number is enough. It decides how the agreement should be put together.

Private, business or both?

Business systems need a little more preparation, so it's good to know from the start.

Do you install batteries?

The biggest gains need a battery. Without a battery, GridZeno is mostly an overview with Stop selling at negative prices, and your customer should know that in advance.

Will you handle support?

Some want to be the customer's only contact. Others would rather pass the customer on to us. Both are possible.

Become a partner

Let's make
an agreement.

Fill in the form, and we'll contact you for a no-obligation talk about what a partnership could look like for your business. The more you tell us, the better we can prepare.

  1. You send the form.
  2. We contact you and talk about your systems and customers.
  3. We make an agreement that suits your business.

If you would rather send an email, use kontakt@gridzeno.dk.
